Can Earth & Elm Nourishing Face Oil be used as a makeup remover?

Absolutely! It works great as a makeup remover as well. Simply dampen face with warm water, apply  product over where makeup was used, and then lightly pass a washcloth over your skin to gently wipe away the excess, makeup infused oil.
