No, OraMD does not have any kind of abrasive so it will not break up surface stains
acquired from everyday substances like coffee, dark soda, smoking, food, etc. We
recommend using a small amount of baking soda or hydrogen peroxide before using
OraMD whenever needed to whiten teeth.
